What is FileCollect?

FileCollect is a client document collection application for accountants, bookkeepers, mortgage brokers, and lawyers. You create a checklist of the documents you need, send your client one secure link, and every file they upload is automatically named, organised, and delivered straight into your own Google Drive, with automatic email reminders until the checklist is complete.

FileCollect connects to your Google Drive with your permission, using Google's most limited Drive access (the drive.file scope): it can only create and manage the FileCollect folder it makes in your Drive. It cannot see, modify, or delete anything else you store there, and it never keeps copies of your files. Learn more in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
